The Aston Martin Vanquish S Red Arrows by Q is a limited edition Vanquish from Aston Martin Cambridge, and one can be yours for just £20.

A couple of months ago, we revealed the Aston Martin Vanquish S Red Arrows by Q, a limited edition Vanquish commissioned by Aston Martin’s Cambridge dealer.

Aston Martin Cambridge revealed there will be just nine units up fro grabs – each costing around £250,000 – each with an Eclat Red paint job in honour of the RAF’s Red Arrows, a white ‘smoke trail’ down the side strakes and a splash of red, white and blue.

But of the nine units, only eight are being sold (or have already been sold) with the ninth car donated to the RAF Benevolent fund for their benefit.

Sensibly, rather than making the special Vanquish a pool car for Red Arrows pilots, the RAF Benevolent fund is auctioning off the Red Arrows car, with tickets costing just £20 each – a perfect Father’s day gift, the RAF suggest.

We’re not sure how many tickets the RAF will manage to sell, but with the car worth £250k, they have to sell at least £2.5 million of tickets for the raffle to be legal. Which would mean a 1 in 125,000 chance that yours will be the lucky ticket. Still, it’s much better odds than the lottery.
