Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations is launching the Jaguar Heritage Driving Experience offering the chance to drive some of Jaguar’s greatest all-time cars.
Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations is bringing the chance to drive some of Jaguar’s most iconic historic cars – and its newest too – in a new driving day scheme – the Jaguar Heritage Driving Experience. The Jaguar Heritage Driving Experience will give those prepared to cough up anything from £95 to £2,000 for the chance to get behind the wheel of some of the most interesting Jaguars, from the C-Type to the new F-Type.
The starting point for participation is the Jaguar Experience (from £95-£250) offering passenger rides with professional drivers in stuff like the XK150, Mark 2, Series 1 and 3 E-types or the option to drive heritage cars alongside the new F-Type.
Dig a bit deeper and you can have the Le Mans Experience (£750) where you get half a day driving some stunning metal like the historic C-Type and D-Type and the chance for drives in the XKSS and F-Type R Coupe. And you’ll get lunch thrown in too.
Go the whole hog and splash out £2,000 and you can have the Grace and Pace Experience, a full day of driving just about everything of note from Jaguar – past and present – including modern stuff like the XFR and F-Type R, plus a chauffeur with a classic Jaguar saloon wafting you off for lunch.
JLR Special Operation MD, John Edwards, said:
This is the first experiential offering from our new division and is the first time in Jaguar’s history that we have made a collection of vehicles of this calibre available for ‘arrive and drive’ experiences.
It’s an extremely exciting new project that underscores the very essence of what Special Operations is all about – celebrating heritage with our eyes firmly on the future.
The first visitors for the experience days will also get a guided tour of the all time Jaguar Top Ten Cars, put together to launch the new Jaguar XE by Lord March, Ian Callum and Brian Johnson.
With Christmas coming, you should get your nearest and dearest to splash out on a Jaguar Experience by calling 0333 577 0156 or going to Jaguar’s Heritage Driving website.
