The BBC has started teasing series 21 of Top Gear with a short video of Jeremy Clarkson bemoaning the number of lorries in his path.

Top Gear Series 21 – the tease begins (video below)
The new series of Top Gear – Series 21 – is due to start some time soon, although exactly when is still a little in doubt as the BBC are staying tight-lipped.
That doesn’t tell us anything about when series 21 will start, but it does tell us it’s soon.
According to Clarkson on Twitter, the new series will start on 23rd January but, as accurate as ever with his pronouncements, the 23rd is a Thursday so that looks like a dead-end lead.
But there is one place that does give us a very clear idea when the series starts, and that’s the company that looks after ticket allocations for the Top Gear filming at Dunsfold.
Applausestore are offering limited tickets for the TG filming on the afternoon of 29th January which, assuming the schedule is the same as in previous years, means that first episode of series 21 will actually air on 2nd February 2014, even though BBC Media isn’t showing it on its schedule.
So, with the first episode of series 21 almost certainly on 2nd February (and, again according to Clarkson, the Top Gear Christmas Special in March) what’s in store?
Surprisingly, we’ve not had a huge amount of reports of TG’s antics ahead of series 21, but it does look like the boys have been filming in Burma and in Italy, it looks like Jeremy is in a VW up! in this teaser video, Jeremy has also been playing with the McLaren P1 and we are certain the Koenigsegg Agera R will be on the Top Gear track.
No doubt we’ll discover more in the coming weeks.
