Top Gear Series 25 TRAILER arrives ahead of new series

Top Gear Series 25 is almost upon us as the team of Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris and Rory Reid get set to unleash more Top Gear Mayhem on the nation.

Top Gear looked to be in terminal decline after Messrs Clarkson, Hammond and May departed for Amazon’s shilling, and Chris Evans was put in charge.

But Evans really didn’t work out, so the last series of Top Gear saw Evans gone, and a new core trio of amigos – Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris and Rory Reid – take over. And they made a decent fist of it.

Now, series 25 of Top Gear is soon to hit our screens and, if the new trailer for the next series is anything to go by, it looks like the trio have gelled and Top Gear is heading back to its best.

The usual Top Gear fodder seems to be in place, with old Bentleys and Rolls, military off-road vehicle blatting, Ken Block and more all present and correct.

There’s going to be the new Kia Stinger, a trio of V8 super coupes – McLaren 570S, Jaguar F-Type SVR and Ford Mustang – the latest SUVs – Volvo XC60, Alfa Stelvio and Range Rover Velar – and Chris Harris going sideways in cars like the McLaren 720S and BMW M5.

There’s also The Stig, a Lexus LC, Honda Civic Type R, a V8-engined Track-Tor, a flying car, dirt bikes, drifts, jumps – and daftness.

It all looks rather promising.
