The Renault Megane has been given a facelift for 2014, but it’s not exactly a major overhaul.
The bonnet also gets a tweak with a new Renault badge, there’s a new set of elliptical headlights and some new daytime running lights. There are specific changes for the GT and RS models too, with ‘GT’ or ‘RS’ added to the new Renault logo on the bonnet.
Inside, changes seem to be even more minimal and there’s now the addition of Renault’s R-Link multimedia system.
Under the skin, the only change appears to be the addition of the EDC dual clutch automatic to the 130bhp 1.2 litre engine.
The 2014 Renault Megane will be on display at the Frankfurt Motor Show, but the likely star will be a new Renault concept.
