Lexus One: Monthly all-inclusive leases on used Lexus models

Lexus in the UK has launched Lexus One, a scheme where a fixed monthly payment allows you to get in to a range of used Lexus models.

As the car market changes faster than ever, car makers are busy looking for ways to keep people in their cars with ever more schemes to make getting a car on your driveway easier, if not cheaper.

Volvo are keen buyers go down their subscription route – particularly with Polestar – with Care by Volvo, and other car makers, like BMW and MINI, are offering similar models for monthly leases.

The BMW and MINI scheme is run by Drover, and Lexus has now turned to Drover too to launch Lexus One, a scheme which allows you to grab a Lexus on a month by month basis for a fixed fee.

The cars on offer aren’t new – but they are 2017 and 2018 models – and the scheme includes everything from maintenance to insurance, and gives you a ‘free’ 1,000 miles a month which can be rolled over if you keep the car for subsequent months.

Costs aren’t bargain basement, but you can have a 2017 Lexus CT 200h Sport for £619 per month, a 2017 Lexis IS for £759 a month, a 2018 Lexus NX 300h for £829 a month and a 2017 Lexus RX 450h for £1,099 a month.

It’s a decent enough scheme if you just need a car for the short term, and with no obligation beyond the first month it’s an easy in and out option.
