Audi has officially released price and model detail fro the new Audi A1 today. Starting point is £13,145 rising to £18,280. Order book opens today.
Back in March we managed to publish Audi A1 prices from a leaked Audi A1 price list that came our way. It looked completely genuine but you can never be completely sure something like that’s legit. And even if it is there’s still a chance that the car maker will tweak it before it gets issued.
But it looks like we were bang on this time. Audi UK has released price and model detail for the Audi A1 this morning and as far as we can see the price list is exactly what we published six weeks ago.
Starting point is £13,145 for the Audi A1 1.2 TFSI SE with a five speed manual ‘box and goes on up to £18,280 for an Audi A1 1.4 TFSI S-Line 7-speed S-Tronic. There are three trim levels on offer – SE, Sport and S-Line – and three engines – 1.2 TFSI, 1.4 TFSI and 1.6 TDI.
You can get all three engines in both Sport trim and S-Line trim, but if you want the entry-level SE trim you can’t have the 1.4TFSI and you can only have the S tronic twin-clutch transmission with the 1.4 for an extra £1,420. All clear so far?
Standard spec is reasonably good, but rather than go through the nuts and bolts of every bit of kit for every variation of engine and trim. have a look at the Audi A1 UK price Press Release.
Sadly, although you can spec up and order your A1 from today in the UK, you won’t get it much before the end of the year.
If you’re lucky.
