Skoda launch EIGHT Black Edition models – CitiGo, Fabia, Roomster, Rapid, Octavia, Superb & Yeti

Skoda has decided to launch special ‘Black Edition’ models of its entire range on to the UK market based on the SE spec with additional equipment and styling.

Skoda’s marketing department has had a bit of a brainstorm and decided what the UK needs – really, really needs – is a Black Edition of every car in the Skoda range with extra equipment and styling tweaks. So that’s what they’ve done.

So we get the option  of a ‘Black Edition’ of every car in Skoda’s UK range suddenly with an extra option to punt and all with prices that offer great value compared to speccing a regular model up to the same level.

Based on the mid-range SE spec, the Black Edition models come with a choice of black or white paint job, black alloys, privacy glass, Amundsen SatNav, DAB, leather, cruise, floor mats, metallic paint and extra black styling detail.

That means every model gets at least £1200 of extras – and the Octavia Black Edition gets a massive £3200 of extras – with savings of up to £1720 depending on which of the eight Skoda Black Editions you opt for.
