The new Honda Jazz teased
There’s a new Honda Jazz heading for a debut at the Tokyo Motor Show, so Honda start the tease for the new Jazz with a single image.
It’s five years since the current Honda Jazz arrived, with a facelift a couple of years back, so it’s time for a new Honda Jazz.
The new Honda Jazz will get its public debut at the Tokyo Motor Show, of course, later this month, ahead of which the tease starts with a single side image (above) which doesn’t really tell us a huge amount.
All Honda has to say is that the new Jazz has been designed with the passenger in mind, so there will be improvements in comfort for them but also more driver enjoyment too.
We also know that the new Jazz will only be offered with a hybrid powertrain, the same hybrid powertrain we’ve already seen in the CR-V hybrid which accounts for over half of CR-V sales.
That will make the new Jazz the first Honda to be offered with only a hybrid option, but it’s the start of a trend as Honda are committed to an all-hybrid or electric range in the next five years.
No doubt Honda will be back soon with more details on the new Jazz, but don’t expect massive design changes when it is revealed, although you can expect the still upright design to feature more curves than the current Jazz.
