Citroen C3 Aircross RIP CURL Special Edition arrives

The new Citroen C3 Aircross – Citroen’s MPV turned SUV – delivers its first special edition model since its launch with the new Citroen C3 Aircross Rip Curl.

Last year saw the arrival of the Citroen C3 Aircross as Citroen took the C3 Picasso and turned it in to a funky urban SUV. And it’s doing rather well.

Since the C3 Aircross arrived last year – and it only went on sale in the UK in August – it’s managed to garner over 90,000 sales and been voted the ‘Best Buy Car in Europe‘ along the way. Which is more than a decent start.

To celebrate the C3 Aircross’ success, Citroen are rolling out a titivated special edition model – the Citroen C3 Aircross Rip Curl – which comes with Citroen’s Puretech 110 petrol engine and manual gearbox.

Based on the Feel trim level, the C3 Aircross Rip Curl comes with gloss black roof bars, grey front and rear protective plates, 17″ 4 EVER diamond cut alloys and Rip Curl Blue Colour Pack.

It comes in a choice of Cosmic Silver, Ink Black, Misty Grey, Natural White and Sand paint jobs – with the option of a two-tone Ink Black roof – and, if you prefer, you can have a Rip Curl White Pack instead of the Blue Pack.

Inside there’s a ‘Rip Curl Ambience’ with flecked grey upholstery with white stitching and a blue stripe across the top of the seats to match the exterior, 7″ touchscreen Connect NAV 3D, Android Auto and CarPlay, Mirror Link, sliding rear bench, Auto Pack, Grip Control, Hill Descent and an opening panoramic roof.
