The first Lamborghini Reventon Roadster has been delivered to Switzerland

The first Lamborghin Reventon Roadster has been delivered to Garage Affolter, a Lamborghini Main Dealer in Porrentruy in Switzerland.

The Lamborghini Reventon Roadster has been a bit of a saga here at Cars UK Towers this year. We broke the news that Lamborghini were planning a roofless version of the Reventon Coupe back in March, and apart from the fact that no one believed our ‘Scoop’ – and we had Lamborghini on the phone asking us to retract the story – we were sure the information we had was real.

So it was more than a little gratifying when were able to report that Lamborghini were doing a private reveal of the Reventon Roadster in July and finally the Lamborghini Reventon Roadster was launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. So at least our ‘Reventon Roadster Saga’ had come to an end and we could stop fretting that we’d been given a bum steer. But there is one last piece of the Roadster puzzle to report on – the first Reventon Roadster customer car (unless a nice Reventon Roadster owner lets us have a drive!).

So when we heard through the grapevine that Garage R. Affolter – Lamborghini main dealers in Porrentruy in Switzerland – had taken delivery of what appears to be the first customer car, we thought it would round things off nicely if we got them to send us some pictures of the car. So we spoke to Roland Affolter, asked nicely, and he’s sent us the pictures you see here of the Reventon Roadster.

As you know, Lamborghini are making just 15 Reventon Roadster and they are – at least until the Lamborghin Urus arrives – the ultimate Lamborghini. I’m not sure how much use the new owner will get out of it through a Swiss winter, but I’m sure he’ll enjoy every minute of drop-top Supercar Reventon fun as soon as the sun shines.
