Rumours suggest BMW will use the Toyota iQ platform for the BMW Project i - the recreation of the BMW Isetta. Toyota will get the MINI Coupe platform in return.

Fiat has revised the Grande Punto and given it a new name - Fiat Punto Evo. Multiair engines are introduced and the Punto Evo will launch at Frankfurt.
